Of course we do not, we are often given very little information and then somehow are expected to reach a conclusion.

 

Each case may be different but there are obvious commonalities, sure if some one has a very different situation and does not mention what it is then that will impact the quality of any response.

The ds 5535 is a relatively new form (JUne 2017) and there are people still waiting to hear something about their case from 1 to 2 years

 

In Morocco is it mostly given (even to a woman ) when the immigrant is from Fes or the northern area/ casa embassy reasons stem from the recent number of terrorists groups that were broken up in  the country /  Fes had the largest number of 12 people 

 

another reason being that Morocco now has a large increase of applications / a huge increase over the last 5 years

 

anyone who will look at the form itself will see it checks 15 years of travel history just to make sure the person has not traveled to a country known for terrorists training camps

the other sections are for the last 5 years of social media /  looking to make sure the individual is not hunting for the best option to leave his/her country

thereby they need to give all emails used,  all dating sites,  all facebook ID's and all phone numbers used plus names of siblings 

 

Unfortunately the government when requiring this form did not prepare for the huge amount of work the additional security checks are taking 

my guess is "things will change only when it becomes more of a problem to DOS than it is to us"
