We are still holding at "Biometrics accepted from past case"  May 13, 2020.  I reached out for tier2 on 1/7/21 to see if it had been touched.  It seems when they got back to me on Wednesday it has been touched this week.

I hope this a good sign.  Some with similar numbers RFE has been requested in December 2020.

I wish there was traction on my end 🤣 Applied in May of 2019, biometrics in October 2019, case was transferred to NBC in March 2020, case stuck at ready to be scheduled for an interview since April 2020. I’m sure it’ll take a while for an interview to be scheduled because of current restrictions. Still hoping it’s somehow waived !

After literally posting my above comment on this thread, i got my ROC (i-751) approved on March 6 2021, my priority date was 18 June 2020, so it got approved in exactly 8.5 months, initially i could not believe the eyes when i saw the email because nebraska center is averaging 50% cases in 13 months and 93% cases in 28.5 months so i did not expect much. However, i have seen atleast 2 more cases on this forum from LIN which got approved in below 9 months recently.

Best of luck to everybody else in Nebraska Service Center.

Update on my case.

I-751 FILED: MARCH 9TH 2021

I-751 NOA: MARCH 14, 2020

BIOMETRICS WAIVES: MARCH 9TH, 2021 (FINGERPRINTS CAN BE USED FROM PREVIOUS APPT)

N-400 FILED: MARCH 6TH, 2021

I-797: MARCH 8TH, 2021 (BIOMETRICS WAVED AS WELL)

Seems too much of coincidence I got my biometrics waved for I-751 three days after I filed N-400, but at least my case seems to be finally moving after 12 months! A year is a long time to have fingerprints taken, who knows what's going to happen next!

I  think I'm more likely to achieve citizenship before I get my 10 year green card!

Best to all!

So you waited almost one year for the biometric update after receiving your NOA1?

damn I was worrying because seeing other filers before and after me getting their updates and it’s been 40 days since I received my NOA1

Yeah that'd true. I don't know if they just forgot to tell me they didn't need them originally. Seems likely as I just applied for citizenship less than a week ago and then it came through.

It looks like the citizenship application moves much faster than I751, good luck on your citizenship application!

I don’t plan to get citizenship so I really wish I don’t have to do that to push my i751 case :( but it’s relieving to know that my waiting time is not an outlier aha

My I-751 case was at Nebraska service center, but I just got an update that my case was "transferred to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case.". I'm hoping this is due to overwhelming backlog and they think they can get it done sooner somewhere else. Hope this doesn't mean I've got RFE coming. I sent them a tonne of stuff. Not sure if they're doing this to other filers from early 2020.
