Tier 2 just confirmed my case is in transit to the NBC which im assuming is to prepare for interview. I guess its back to the end of the queue for my case. If it was meant to be interviewed I don't know why they didn't just send it there from the start. I feel like thats a waste of my time sending it to LIN first then to MSC. 

When I was interviewed for my AOS, I got a similar letter stating that my case had been transferred, first.

Call your rep in Washington. Not at his local office. Someone should be there. However, at this time who knows. I made more than one call  and sent a detailed letter. Finally got action a month later for an interview. Called me back and insinuated my file had been "lost".

I have not, it was moving quickly but nothing for 2 weeks

@ohiolovesUK not sure which trumps, there have been 0 approvals within 500 before or after me, and only 6 requests for evidence in the same 1000 as well as 3 pending interview

Assuming this is my last post to this group... ROC LIN case, filed March, 2019/approved May 22, 2020.

 

App status changed May 29 PM to "Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office"...and indeed it was! Arrived by USPS Priority Mail @ 2:30 PM.  

 

Mailed K-1 visa application on April 13, 2016...4+ years later, permanent green card in hand. Its been a long road full of anxiety, confusion, hard work, and frustration! But we're so very happy to be where we are today! Just a bit farther to go...N-400 filed in March. Just waiting now for biometrics appt to be re-scheduled, then interview,    citizenship test, and oath; USCIS online acct shows estimated case completion time August 2020. We'll see...

My ROC interview on April got cancelled. And just got a surprise phone call from USCIS field office to reschedule next Monday, June 15th. Fortunately my boss at work approved a short notice personal time! And I really don't want to reschedule from the date they offered! Phew! Wish me luck!
