Hello LINers,

 

Just got a text message- New card is being produced. #LIN1990489XXX. Filed on May 29th 2019.

No RFE or Interview. I had interview during I485 process. 

 

I also want to tell those who are worrying, I did not have comingled assets or joint bank account. We lived in a house that my husband owned and we attached a letter explaining that. Our's was a legit marriage and I attached every thing I could think of.  Glad the anxiety and wait is over..! 

Earliest date of filing: May 26 2019

Package Delivered: May 29th 10AM via UPS Overnight 

Money Order Paid: June 03 2019

Text Message with LIN# : Jun 04 2019 6:18PM

NOA Received : Jun 06 2019 (dated  05/31/2019)

Biometrics appointment letter received: 10/11/2019

Biometrics completed: 10/21/2019

Online Approval: 04/17/2020 " new card is being produced"

Hello,

 

I just got notification from case tracker app that my card is being produced. 

My timeline is 

6/17/19 - sent files

6/27/19 - got receipt text

11/17/19 - biometric

4/17/19 - card is being produced 

 

I’m really surprised that it was faster than I thought. I thought it might be delay due to the situation that we have now! 
 

I can’t wait for my card to be shipped!

Our -1-751 interview was to be on 4/16 but was cancelled due to COVID-19, so now we're waiting for notification of the rescheduled appointment. I'm wondering if there's a chance the interview could be waived entirely and the green card produced? Has anyone heard of this happening? Thanks,

Are cases worked on in the chronological order? I have noticed some cases got approved/worked on despite of being submitted later than other cases before? 
Can someone explain?
