Congrats!🤗🤗🤗

Thank you! Such a relief.

We are now waiting for my boy’s i-751 approval. At first the status said “scheduled for interview” then the next day status said “new office has jurisdiction”.  We are confused, is it transferred to a new office just like ours or is it transferred here in Guam USCIS office for interview? We are just waiting for his NOA to know for sure.

show your extension letter to them again.

they will extend your DL to the expire date indicated on this letter .

When I try to tell them that the first time they seem so confused!! I don’t think they know what they are doing in this case. I’ll try to explain again. Hopefully by then I don’t have to deal with it. Fingers cross I hear good news soon. Congratulations to all the recent approvals 🙏🏽

Hello everyone! I just got a biometrics appointment letter (8 months after initial I-751 filing). I have my conditional green card (expired in April) and letter of extension (for 18 mons) and passport from my original country with my old last name (maiden name) and of course marriage license to prove I changed my last name to husband's. I don't have state ID or driver's license.

Would expired green card and letter of extension be enough for that appointment?

Also, am I going to have a problem to enter the building? I don't remember if guards checking ID's.

Passport + appointment notice should be enough. Green card is only required for Naturalization biometrics, but I guess it won't hurt to also bring it with you.

ROC Timeline

01/02/2019: I-751 delivered to USCIS (Texas)

01/08/2019: check cashed & online status show "case received"

03/02/2019: 18-month extension letter received (LIN)

08/02/2019: biometrics letter received

08/23/2019: biometrics appointment

11/04/2019: approval letter received

11/05/2019: online status changed to "card in production"

11/07/2019: card received ✌️😊
