No. I checked the 751 cases near mine, most of them updated.

A day after my biometric, one of the website fingerprint review completed - 25th June 2019. The other website fingerprint fee received - 25th September 2018.

I click on that three dots on the right corner then it gives me those options then i refresh it, and it works. Have you try that ?

Have you tried to call USCIS? I feel there must be a tracking system, otherwise how USCIS knows someone missed biometrics appointment?

I am planning. But how to talk to Tier 2? Use what excuse? The Tier 1 will just let you keep waiting.

This afternoon I eventually succeeded to speak to  a representative by calling USCIS, the Tier 1 said it was too late to transfer me to Tier 2.

But he said he can see the system saying that my latest status is " received the fingerprints", he said it's same as "fingerprints review was complete".

BTW, the USCIS phone menu is so complicated, it's very hard to talk to a real person!

If LIN is completing biometrics for late 2018 filers now, does that mean nobody who has filed in 2019 and was assigned to LIN from the start has gotten a biometrics notice?

To date, the latest LIN filers who has gotten biometrics appt is October 2018. No LIN filers gets fingerprint letter after that month.

Unfortunately I can’t edit it because I can’t download the sheets app right now as it wouldn’t let me edit without the app. Would it be possible for you to add the information? I filed on June 24, received by AZ on June 26, official receipt date by LIN on July 2 and received my NOA 1 on July 5th.
