I am July 2019 filer and haven't  seen any update on my status for more than 206 days. it just says "Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken" and i see someone in AUg30th filer is been aproved. Not sure how USCIS manage files.

I am in the exact same boat as you are. However, there is nothing we can do because LIN shows that it can take as long as 24 months. I hope not though because first time around my file was allegedly "lost" and that caused much stress. I did an AOS in Nov 2015 and did not even get my green card until Sep 2017. Made me so angry because I should have been able to apply for ROC long before I ended up having to do. I too get so frustrated when I see folks who filed in August getting approved. As I said, nothing we can do at this point.

I filed in July 2019 and haven't even done biometrics, no progress since receiving my extension letter. My case is "still within normal processing time" apparently.

I did file N400 so hopefully that speeds things up.

Anyone else having issues with the CaseTracker app? I've been getting multiple alerts over the past couple of days, but they're all just to say that it's unable to get an update, followed by a message about my case being updated to show that fingerprints were taken (which happened back in November and has been the message my status has been stuck on since).

I'm a July 2019 filer, so I get really excited when I see an alert because it could, in theory, be about an interview or an approval. Disappointment every time!

My case starts with LIN and I just had an update earlier saying my case has been transferred to my local office. Has anyone else had this happen recently?

Yes, likely an interview. Did you have an interview after you applied for AOS, or did you get approved without?

I did not - was approved without. Is that the norm, no interview for AOS equals interview for ROC?

From everything I have read from others posting, it appears that those who did not have an interview the first time, have one, the second time.

After the 2018 updated memo for USCIS adjusting officers under trump administration, the rules were tightened around ROC.

Got a movement sign - received a notification that my name was updated, so I guess somebody got around to my file. (Hopefully they are putting back the hyphen that they had dropped from my last name while issuing the original GC.)

Like the "fingerprints were taken" update, this one is also only available on the "old" web site, egov.uscis.gov, and not my.uscis.gov (the latter still shows "case received").

Just got this notification. Interesting they are starting to move new cases to Nebraska when they must have some sort of backlog considering mine and other I-751’s have been sitting after being filed almost 2 years ago...

Sent in our divorce decree and a request to switch to a waiver filing and it was delivered today, so that means they should at least have to look at my case. This week it has officially been a year since biometrics. If there is not movement in July I am 100% getting in touch with a representative.

February 2019 filer. I finally get my 10years GC in the mail today (and I updated my timeline). So relieved. Good luck to everyone who is still waiting!

Congratulations! Can I ask...do you have a driver's license and did it expire while you were waiting? I took my paperwork to get an extension for my license. They gave me an extension until January 2021. I filed in July 2019. I am wondering what happens if I have to wait as long as you did.
