Congratulations on your approval!!! Hopefully  we hear  back from USCIS on the status of our case soon. Thank you all for the  sound advice. I went to my HR department at work  and had that matter rectified rather quickly when I brought in my extension letter. It turns out the letter wasn't even on file when I originally brought it in at hire.
