DS - 160 Form update

I recently completed my ds  160 form for my self and my father and the date for the interview has been scheduled already 

But for some reason I had to fill another ds  160 form for my father so I need to know how to update the reg number on his interview date

 

2)what document do I and my father need to have for the interview?

Is it for a visitor visa?

Any documents brought may not be looked at. He can bring any document that he believes show a tie to his country of residence (property, job letter showing you are due back, etc).
