Hi All

I have pending case for N-400 since March 2016. i completed my interview in April 2017. officer said they he is reviewing my case and might if he need any other document from my side he will mail to me and after 15 day of interview i get letter for submit document for selective service and within week i send him that document and then after i did not here any thing from him and i am still waiting for that. i went to there one time after i get info pass but he said he still reviewing my file and till today every month i am creating service request but every time i get same response they need some more time to reviewing my file and my file is under the process. so i try two time to contact local congressman but they also reply them same issue. now i moved to another state in Illinois and i changed my address in file but they change my file address but they did not move my file from PA to IL. Now i hire lawyer and lawyer send him letter to them but they reply same thing to them. so if any one have any idea what i can do next please advice me i really need help.

Thank you,

Usually, Ombudsman review and actions don't take too long. From what I have seen as reported by another members on this forum, after case assistance request through the Ombudsman, you get response and progress pretty fast! I don't think you will have to wait for 120 days more.

Ok i will contact them in month and lets see what they say.
