Waiting until he has a job has more benefits than just satisfying the consulate officer.   There is the practical matter of 2 people being able to afford living in the US.  Good Luck on your journey.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

His only car does not count.

He doesn't have enough.

You will need to put off your visa until he gets a job and can meet the Affidavit of Support requirements.

I read somewhere that if he has 2 cars, he can use the second one for that

He can use a second vehicle.  He will need to show recent comparable sales to determine the value of his second car.

He still doesn't have enough.  He would need over $60,000 to meet the I-864 requirements.

You have no choice.  He needs to get a job.  I understand that you want to get here, but it's not going to happen with his assets alone.  That's not going to happen based on what you have described.  You can scrape and try to reach the minimum but under a totality of the circumstances determination, he would not have enough.

Best of luck.

I know this is really bad, but would the consulate know if we lie about his job, like he was working for 6yrs and just got out of his job this month, we can still provide his tax and pay stubs until Apr and my interview is not really far from this date. Can we just say he is still working?

Are you stupid?  Do you want a lifetime ban?  You want to lie to US immigration to get to the US.  What do you think is going to happen to you?

Never lie to immigration........

Well we already talked about that and that's what I actually told him that can happen. I just asked though. I know that's not really good to do that.

It's criminal.  "Not really good" is underplaying the seriousness of committing a crime to enter the US.

Your 6 years military guy should know better than to think it's okay to lie to the US Government and commit a crime in the age of Trump's crackdown on legal immigration.

He needs a job, imo........the financial requirements are there to protect you and the American tax payers.........

THAnk you so much for all your help. Well he said he already applied for a job or might drive for Uber. Whatever will come first. We can wait but of course we want to be together as soon as possible so he's making all ways that he can to meet the requirements.

Uber wont count. Uber is paid on a 1099 (self employed) and self employed need to show at least 1 year of income to demonstrate its stable. Any 'employee' job that pays on W2 is good. 1099 is bad. He should understand what that means if you dont! :)

What Embassy is this? I know the PI embassy doesnt take co-sponsors but lately they stopped looking at the 134 all together. Is there really no one he can ask to co-sponsor? The 134 is NOT binding. It will only be effective for the 90 days rather then the apx 10 year the 864 binds you for...

He can ask his mom but since it's not allowed in our country we can't have one then.

Not true, we were asked for it by name.

YMMV
