Hi,

My company is offering me to transfer to the US on an L1B visa. I have quite specific expertise in my field, not only acquired at my current position but throughout my whole carreer. The position they are offering is not directly linked to my current position but they are very interested in my global expertise. They have actually tried to hire someone from the US before but could not find any suitbale candidate. I am a bit paranoïd about the interiew and fear not to qualify for "specialized knowledge". Would it be worth mentionning, or even bringing proof, that my company tried unsuccessfully to hire someone local? Thank you.
