Good day!

I just want seek opinion regarding my visa application. I was denied twice. My purpose of going to US is to visit my boyfriend and meet his family. I am 25 years old, working as a Senior Supervisor, single, no children,  bread winner of the family. My boyfriend and I have been dating for 7 months now. On my first attempt applying visa, I haven't traveled to any country yet. My boyfriend and I decided to travel in Japan for 14 days. When I applied this April, the officer asked me "What's the changes since the denial?" I told him that I have already travel to Japan. He also asked me some details about my boyfriend and our relationship. In the end, he told me that  I was denied  because there's no changes yet since the denial.  I just wanna know what's the best option as we only seek for tourist. Thank you :)

Best option is him visiting you.

After twice being denied there is almost no chance of you getting a tourist visa.

Unfortunately having an USC boyfriend makes getting a non-immigrant visa more difficult.

Also doesnt help that you're young, single, no kids, no real ties to your country at all.

Hi Sir! Thanks for your reply and advice. He already visited me in my country last year, also he met my family.

I just want to apply a tourist visa as we have no plans getting married yet. :(

Happens all the time. A visitor visa is never guaranteed. Millions of people apply every year and there are some people in the world that never get a chance to get one.

Like said, if the bf already has the capability to visit your country, that is by far the easiest and simplest solution. Don't rely on something you may or may not get. Other than that, you simply would be relying on chance to get a visa.

@Unlockable That's true! But there's still lucky one's who get their visa approved. I'm just hoping that I'll be one of them. Yes he's cable to visit me but we also wish to meet his family. Anyway, thank you for your advice! I appreciate it 😊

Tourist visas for young 25-yr old Filipino females are a rarity. A third B2 application would likely result in another denial; you could be seen as a risk to not return to the Phils.

Your best bet is to continue to have your bf visit you, or for the two of you to travel to a third country where you don't need a visa to get into. And perhaps look into an immigrant visa if you two want to get married.

Unfortunately there's no visa to visit the US for casual dating, most are denied because of likely immigrant intent, especially from countries like yours where people say they will return home after a short visit but then they stay.  Sorry but you will have to "meet his family" with lots of video chatting or they can go and meet you.

hi, you need to have a solid ties in your country for you to be approved (Tourist visa). Unfortunately in your case as a young single Lady, there is not much ties to show and to proved that you wont overstay in USA.  I hate to say that if you tried to apply again, you might end up being denied again. :(
