Hello Everyone , I’m new to the forum and I’d like to ask a some questions.

I’m living in Ecuador planning to move to the US to apply for a K-1 visa for my fiancé.

I have been living in Ecuador most of the time but I lived in the US 2 years from 17 to 19 to get my citizenship trough my dad before I turned 18. I’m 21 now, turning 22 in June.  I have worked online this year  and I only filled taxes this year in the US with a very minimum income.

If my income is around 6,000 a year but if get a co-sponsor how much money should my co-sponsor make?

Is there a problem that I just moving to apply for a k-1 visa? (We want to move there for good if our visa is approved)

Is there a problem that I have no lived in the US for the last years?

1. Your co-sponsor needs to make over 125% poverty line.

2. Uh, how is that a problem? Your fiance can't move to the US without a visa, lol. You're doing a right thing moving first, making sure you have domicile, etc.

3. No. All you need is filed US taxes and intent to establish domicile in the US again. (seems like you have that covered)
