Hi All!

Question about form I-864: my income alone exceeds the minimum requirements for the household size, and I have my 2017 and 2018 tax returns which were filed as Head of Household (I have custody of my child from my previous marriage.) My question is this: my 2016 taxes were filed as joint taxes as my divorce from previous relationship was not yet finalized. I supplied the divorce decree with my I-130, so I am assuming there is no further documentation or explanation required with this since my solo income exceeds minimum requirement? Or do I need to provide some additional information to explain why the household total income dropped between 2016-17?

Thanks in advance!
