yes.  i don't understand why the VJ timeline says TSC is working on petitions with NOA 1 date of August 23rd.  My NOA1 date is August 2, 2018.  I filed I-130 for my spouse.  have heard nothing.  The USCIS website says they are working on petitions with a date of June 18.

I just submitted my petition for my husband's visa. I received the notification last week that my petition has been received. Is that the NOA1? I am confused with when I get the NOA1 and the NOA2. Also, will they tell me the service center that I will be going through with the NOA1? I had received the notification through my text, and still waiting for the hard copy notification.

Thank you!

Looking at Texas, it says 8 to 10 months for the spouse of a USC but 5 to 7 months for the spouse of an LPR? That's... weird. I'm not sure I trust these numbers...

That sounds normal. I expected to hear something around January but have heard nothing. Also, when I applied in August the wait time was 6-8 months now it is 8-10, so I am not sure which is correct.

Did you guys noticed, that the processing time for almost all the service centers has been increased? Texas was 7 months now 7.5 months and above.

Mine is Texas, what is yours?

Well mines is confusing.. my application was received at the Potomac office but then transferred to the National Benefits Center (NBC)... In the website there is not a option for me to check the processing time for NBC... but for the Potomac office it used to be 7 months also, now it shows 8.5 months... So I'm not sure if I'm supposed to go by the Potomac processing times or what...

Usually, when your case is transferred to NBC, the process is faster. Dont stress much, it's a going to be a very good option for you. The processing time keeps increasing by the day. This is becoming frustrating. But let's be hopeful
