I hope they ban him indefinitely. This is just horrible. But God loves her and she found out before it was too late, more money spent, before marriage, etc. Shes a strong girl but talk about damage, she slept on my couch last night and cried the entire night through never took a break. YES ou are absolutely right. It took me a week or a week and a few days. It wouldnt budge. I hope VJ fixes this. Her email is a gmail and that could be why. Ill have her re-register with a different one if she has. In the meantime I will update everyone here on what the Embassy has required her to do so everyone can learn.

This made my head spin---not in a confusing way, but in a "Jesus...this poor girl" way.  Good on her for listening to her gut instinct and digging further to uncover his plans!  It won't look like it now, but later on hopefully she'll realize this is the best thing that could have happened instead of marrying him and getting more hurt/abandoned by him later on, and everything even more complicated for her.

 

Seems the other woman was checking up on your friend, too, and yes probably connected the Facebook call by accident.  If she angrily contacts your friend through Facebook (after everything goes down), consider reporting her to the FB admin for harassment/block her.  Or make an entirely new Facebook account under a pseudo-name and close the old one.

 

Others have given good advice on the immigration side of things, so wont rehash that..  I hope she is able to pick herself up and be stronger because of this.

Definitely email everything she has about the his "real love". 

 

She needs to mark Urgent petition cancellation or something in the subject line. She needs something that will be noticed and opened right away rather then sit for someone to get to it. 

 

If for some reason he gets the visa she can then alert CBP that she does not intend to marry as she was being used. They can also stop him at the POE

I was going to say both of the points above.  Put his "A" number in the Subject line of the e-mail, if he has one.  And definitely apprise CBP if the visa has been issued.

Same happened to me. I have tried to reset my password so many times never get the email. The only way I comment on VJ is by my phone (which is still logged in). I don't know what the issue is I've tried to msg to get help but nothing done

I am so sorry she has to go through this. I've been there. Unfortunately I did get married before I found out. He got GC in Denmark but it's more strict here so he lost everything when I found out and he was sent back. He'd married there on a visit and also had 4 girlfriends and several one-night-stands ... yes  million red flags but no real proff until I checked his phone and found a picture of him and another woman. Then kept looking. That was 8 years ago. He still tries to convince me that he only ever loved me and denies everything. 

When they have the "show down" be there for her ... I believe he will keep on denying everything and it will be hard for her to not believe him.

I know she believes his family doesn't know, i wouldn't trust them either. Usually the family goes along with the "plan" so to speak. If i were her, i wouldn't contact them at all, they may tip him off before she can confront him.

yep same with me. took me over a week to finally join. i think it may be gmail. ill see if she has another email she can try that way.

Nah, he isn't embarrassed, he has no shame or he wouldn't have done this to her in the first place. I wouldn't even have contact with those people, she has nothing to gain really but more heartache. I am so sorry she is going through this. Hopefully she can get the visa cancelled asap

Embassies should have pictures of people like him plastered on their walls like the post office does for wanted criminals. Hopefully, the evidence and info Sarah shares will put a red flag in the system for him so he will never scam another woman again.

As of now she told him she is sick from jetlag because he's been texting and calling and she wasnt replying. So he doesnt start "thinking quick" on how to reply to "what if she knows" she told him she is sick and to give her time. This will prevent his excessive messaging. Ive asked her to have zero contact with anyone there and just get the cancellation going. Then text , call or video him, whichever makes her comfortable, lay it on him, hang up, block him and the family from every direction so she can start to heal....😞

Hmm Im sure the other girl will tell him she spoke to your friend right? I hope your friend is able to end things with him in a way that will give her closure. She can also contact CBP and let them know his visa is being revoked. A situation came up like this before. According to policy even once the visa is issued (printed in passport) it CAN be revoked up until the POE entry. Once its used at POE the petitioner (sponsor) can not withdraw. So again, anytime up until the actual POE the sponsor can pull their support and the visa will be inactive.
