Does this type of situation prevent the beneficiary of ever applying for a visa and/or is there a permanent ban because of something like this?

They can always apply for a visa again at any time---getting approved for one is another matter, of course.  And presumably would face more scrutiny if a previous finding of fraud/misrepresentation was actually placed in their file.

Something placed in his file would depend on the type of concrete evidence (if any) presented by her.  If it's only written statement of assumption/accusation, won't go far.

I would imagine they would look for a non fraud reason as that requires a definitive finding, now if this had happened before the visa was approved it would be much simpler.

WHy look for a non fraud reason when she presented proof of an attempted fraud?

Well I may have missed it but what proof?

What proof did she present?  Other than her own written statement, I mean?

If not a documented ban, maybe a defacto ban depending on how his immigration record is annotated.

Well that would depend on which Visa was applied for, I would not recommend for example he tried for a K1, but there are many other types.

Do the other visa applications ask about previous denials, previous applications, etc?

Assume the K1 is defunct it will always be on his record, but a declined visa does not prevent you applying for another or in itself bar you from getting one.

They both deserve eachother, what type of woman allows her man to marry and date another, sleep with another for the purpose of a visa, she's as much a pos as he is.

Would you believe me if I told you that this is not the first time I’ve heard of this? Couples make sacrifices for a better future for themselves when they truly love each other. But something liike this!  I know of two stories similar to this that took place about 10 years ago and then 7 years ago. I just happen to know the women that were involved. Sickening. This was one of those. A lot of times these women are agreeable to whatever the man thinks is best for them Esoecially if it means they get to spend the rest of their lives living a better life.  This one however won’t get that chance.

True but I doubt he will want anything to do with her after she supposedly messed up their plan by making that call... I still don't understand why she did... Was she pissed at him or what?

That makes sense. Especially considering that she only made the call after the visa got approved. But then she blocked Sarah soon after. What if she hadn'tdug deeper soon after the call before she blocked her? Wonder how she was able to FB call someone who is not her FB friend. I tested it out on my FB but I can only call people I'm friends with.

Curious about the same thing myself. That’s the first thing I asked her. I asked if she was friends with her at one time and didn’t realize it? Could there have been some kind of a connection or mutual friend. It’s hard to tell because when she originally open up her Facelab she took flash screens of everything when she saw the same posts and saved it put the phone down went back and then was not able to access it again.

Well I assume he will not be entering the US through this petition, that is the ONLY thing we can sensibly comment on.

What may or may not happen in the future is an unknown.

Assuming that the consulate comes through with the visa revocation on the basis of fraud, this has turned out just about as well as such things could.

Although endings of relationships are almost always traumatic to some extent, Sarah has been saved a lot of time, heartache, and complex entanglements.  She can look ahead and not back.

A part of me last night was worried that he would convince her to talk her into believing him. He’s a complete narcissist and many of them are successful in doing that but she didn’t budge.  I admired her strength. And yes she was smart to cut her losses early and move forward fast no matter how heavy her heart is.

Exactly what the attorney in Jordan said. Had this been prior to that visa approval would’ve been far better for the sake of noting and banning.  That’s why he feels this may not exceed a 10-year ban but doesnt know for sure. We may find out along the way.
