Hi guys, need help.  My husband sent my documents for adjustment status on March 21, the package was received on March 24, and there is still no news.  We called several times and they told us that our documents were not yet in the system, one operator said after 15 days you should receive a notification, another operator said to wait a month.  Every day I receive notifications from this site that the people who sent the documents on April 1 have already received a letter, but our documents are still not in the system.  17 days after they received my documents .  Should we worry?  someone waited a long time just like us?

It can take a month to get everything in the system and receive the NOA1. If you didn't hear anything in about a week and a half I would call again.

When we sent ours to the Chicago lock box it took them exactly 17 days to process our AOS. Then everything happened in like 1 day. 1 day the charge hit my credit card, I received all the emails and text messages showing all the forms received, and the following Monday all the hard copies of the NOA1's showed up, so I was in the same boat thinking something happened to. Give it a few days and you will probably see a bunch of action in 1-2 days like I did.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. I know the costs involved in this whole game of immigration, and if I can save you some money I will!

The package was delivered, at this time there's nothing you can do but wait. You called multiple times, you heard multiple answers, you asked on this forum, this is all we can do.

Prob there's multiple employees putting data in the system. There's people that work fast and people that work slower. Just give it another 2 weeks before you call again.

LockboxSupport@uscis.dhs.gov Is Lockbox support e-mail. It wouldn't hurt to e-mail them and ask about the status. Attach USPS receipt and tracking information as well as your name etc.

Good luck, hope you hear something soon!
