On 03/04/2019 I had my interview to Adjust my Status (green card through marriage). I wasn't told if I was approve or denied, just that he needed time to go over my file. Last Friday I got a letter requesting me to come in for a second interview and for my documents, they're asking for 2 letters of attesting 1 from a friend or family and the other from a neighbor, verifying that both my husband and I live at the same address. My license has my current address but my husband doesn't. We have submitted prove that we have mails coming to our home in both of our names, my question is could I get denied because my husband's address is different on his license even if we are living in the same house.

nobody knows...just bring what they ask and try to explain the best as you can about the address changes (if they ask)

good luck

Thank you. I was informed that because of the different address on our license hence they requested the second interview and the letters of attesting. Once again thank you for your response.

Can you not just go update his address on his DL? Seems like an easy fix to me to curb your worry?
