Just curious did you get the police clearance in time for your interview and if not what happened? We are going through the same thing trying to get a Police Certificate from Japan. So far this is the hardest part to do as they say it will take 2-3 months and I know her interview will be before that time. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Good Luck

Good Luck

Actually his police report wasn't received by the embassy on the day of his interview. He was approved on his interview and was told to leave his passport. Today we tried to track down the tracking number from the receipt he paid there for his passport being delivered and it said that " this item has been delivered to our office" which we're assuming already in the main post office but maybe wasn't distributed yet or will be any day now. Few hours later i checked again and it said that "tracking number" is unrecognizable, then few hours later it said again that this item has been delivered already to the post office. So honestly we have no idea what's going on but i just emailed to the embassy and hoping to get their reply by tomorrow, they are usually pretty qucik with replying back. We're really hoping that his passport has been sent to him with visa in there because he has to move out of his apartment on july 1st, so we're on the edge here :) Wish us luck that the embassy will tell us tomorrow that his passport has been sent back to him with visa in there :)
