I've got a rejection letter yesterday. Because of the old form of I-751. They revised I-751 form on 02/05/07.

I've already typed out for latest form and ready to send to a service center.

They sent us back all paperworks and a check too.

Do we need to make new check?:help:

check to see if they put their deposit stamp on the back of the check. If they did then you have to dispose of that check and write a new one. I had my I129f sent back to me with the money order because they said I used an out dated form. They said I had to get a new money order because they had already stamped the back of the money order to deposit it. I hope this helps

Looks like I used the old I-751 too. I wonder if they will send back my application. They've already cashed my check and sent me notifications for receipt and biometrics appointment. Do you think they let mine slide by or is there still a chance it might get sent back. Doesn't seem to be any major differences between revisions.
