I just got a bunch of alerts for the various cases I am tracking around our date (Jan 13).  A bunch moved to Interview is Ready to be Scheduled 10/7 and someone getting the card mailed. USCIS is definitely being slow about updating online statuses.

It depends on your local office. LA/SoCal is going to be a wait. (We are in the same boat.)

You can apply after 3 years BUT

count all  her vacation days, if the number is above 180, then it will flag 🚩 her.

It doesn't prevent her from applying if it is below 1 year; however they will investigate if it is "just holidays" or disruption of the residence.

Good evening, All. 
 

I just received my transfer letter today after the status update online last week Wednesday. I find it weird that they transferred my case from the Texas Service Center ( apparently the fastest one currently ) to the NBC. We had an interview for the AOS and have not filed tor the N-400. Is anyone else in the same situation?
