It seems like there's no movement with MSC cases, I track around 15 cases near my number, no movent at all.

I think I'm gonna apply for citizenship in September, before the prices go up :(

December 2009 - First met.

February 2010 - Start of our relationship <3
January 7 2016 -Our Wedding in a romantic town of Aeroskobing <3

April 1 2016 - Sent CR1 package to RapidVisa.

April 18 2016 - CR1 Package delivered to USCIS Phoenix lock box.

April 22 2016 - Acceptance notification received by email. Case sent to Nebraska Service Center.

May 03 2016 - NOA1 hard copy received.

May 24 2016 - Return to the US to reestablish domicile.

August 3 2016 - Case transferred to Texas Service Center.

August 29 2016 - I-130 approved! (NOA2) <3 <3 <3

September 30 2016 - NVC Recieved.
November 14 2016 - Sent AOS and IV packages to Rapidvisa! :D
November 29 2016 - SCAN DATE!
February 15 2017 - Case Complete at NVC (11 weeks)
March 28 2017 - My Interview Day! :D (APPROVED!!!)

9/6/2016 - Case was sent to NVC (received text & email)

9/12/2016 - NVC received our Case from USCIS... wait continues for NVC case number

9/27/2016 - Submitted -261 and paid AOS fee

9/29/2016 - Received and paid IV fee

10/9/2016 - Submitted DS-260

10/15/2016 - AOS and IV package mailed to NVC

10/19/2016 - Scan Date

12/07/2016 - Case Completed

12/27/16 - Interview date received over the phone

12/30/16 - P4 letter received

I am in the same status as well Apriil 2019 and I filed 751 in Jan 2019. Did you receive the extension letter after first 18 months extension expired? Or did you try visiting a local office to get a stamp on your passport? My letter expires end of this week and looking what could be next. Please let me know. Thanks.

I don’t think that they send the second extension letter. We haven’t visited the office to get stamped but we are planning on doing it next week or so. I will post the update after we try getting the appointment.

Sounds good. I am gonna try and get an appointment too. Are you planning to get it via USCIS helpline number? Because I see they have disabled the online mechanism of getting the infopass appointment.

Yep. That’s the only way to get an appointment.

Hey fellow MSC filers. So I was revisiting @parsha 's old spreadsheet with the statuses of several MSC petition numbers (not sure if it was updated after Feb 2020), and I saw quite a lot of statuses like mine that updated to "Interview Cancelled" after pending on "Case Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview" from April, May, and June of 2019. The bulk of these status changes happened on the same days, either 3/12/20 or 3/24/20. Not sure if this is significant? But interesting to note since I had only heard about a few of them previously. Definitely saw enough of these "Interview Cancelled" status changes (when an official interview had not been scheduled yet) in her spreadsheet to be considered "not unusual."

I dont think that estimation thing on the portal is working correctly. It was showing me 8 months when I filed in Nov 2019. And after 8 months of completion its still nothing and it says Nov 2020 now.

Hello everyone,

 

Yesterday we found out my wife's case was transferred to the NBC in May 2020 however, we never received a transfer notice nor was there an update to a status on either website. This transfer happened before she filed the n400. Neither case has seen any movement since. Thought I'd join the convo, good luck everyone!

3-03-16 NOA1

6-03-16 RFE

6-22-16 NOA2

7-15-16 NVC Received

7-19-16 NVC Case Number Received

I called for my husband since his expires too and they are only giving stamps if you can prove that it’s an emergency to need one. 😟
