They haven’t responded to my service request yet for I-751 but I am getting some traction from my N-400 case. My estimated wait time has dropped from 2 months last week to now 29 days! Should hear about an interview within 29 days! Estimated case completion time September 2020 (3 months). :goofy:
I’m pretty sure I’ll be having a combo interview.

Actually it's not making any difference with that counter. I had that last month going down everyday for my N-400 and at Day 0 it showed we are taking longer to process your case and we do not have any update on your case yet. So that countdown is automated only. As for the service request I have pending since May 29 and haven't heard anything on it as well. My I-751 extension letter ends in Aug 2020. And the case complete for N-400 is July 2020 on the portal.

my wife was fingerprinted in Jan 2020 .. USCIS still shows On December 20, 2019, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence

is it common for them to not change status to fingerprint taken ?

this whole thing is awfully slow

It's very common that the 9nline case status doesn't update.

And you haven't experienced slow yet, check the threads for people who filed back in 2017 and 2018 and still haven't been approved. That's slow.

Biometrics taken in February 2020 and still waiting.

In hindsight, I should have waited 3 or 4 months to send package to NVC.

10-year green card would have been received since marriage would have been 2 years at time of entry into the U.S.
