If a spouse had been interviewed at AoS does it mean the RoC interview gets waived or can they be interviewed again? I assume it may also be determined by the amount of evidence that is provided when removing conditions too. 

 

If the MSC does not process their case what center would? I am just wondering if certain service centers have faster processing times than others.

That's what it normally means, yes. If you already had an interview INSIDE the US (that means at USCIS, not embassies or consulates) for your conditional greencard then you don't end up at MSC for ROC and will be approved without interview. Unless you don't provide enough evidence, that is. If so, they will first send out an RFE, and if the RFE response isn't good enough, they can't make a decision without interviewing you.

 

And again, the virus has changed how they process cases. Since the field offices closed down we have seen several cases where people who normally would have an interview for ROC, were approved without one. They're trying to keep cases from piling up.

 

There are several service centers that process i-751 cases that don't end up at NBC. Potomac, Nebraska, Vermont, California and Texas are among those and the most common ones.

Those who has applied for naturalization, how did you guys fill out part 9-10, they asked for total number of days outside of the us for 5 years ? Is it 3 years for us?

Yes, it's total number of days outside the US since becoming a permanent resident (date of entry with CR1 visa), which is last 3 years.

anyone got interview/rescheduled notice recently since USCIS planning on reopening on June 4 they should be scheduling by now

No update. Do you get notifications for Approval estimate? I received one yesterday with estimate date of June 4th. Wonder how true it’s gonna be.

Yes it changed after few months of finger print was completed. I did my finger prints on July 3rd 2020 and my status changed to ‘Case ready to be scheduled for interview’ on 2nd October 2020. But since then no change in status.
