Hi everyone,

I filed my application May 4 2019, completed the bio metrics on June 4 2019 and my status is still showing as "Case Was Updated to Show Fingerprints Were Taken" since June 5 2019.

Anyone else in that time frame got any updates? I used the Case Tracker app and saw everyone with a I-751 around my case number have their status to "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview"

It's a little frustrating to see others progress while others are stuck. I'll end my rant here.

Hello everyone,

Checking in!

01/18/2020 Packet was sent

01/20/2020 Packet received (according to USPS notification)

01/21/2020 This is the NOA1 assigned date (Received Date). The letter was delivered to me on 01/29 dated 01/23. WAC number assigned.

01/27/2020 Check was cashed

02/06/2020 This is the date of the Transfer Notice I got today 02/12/2020. Per this letter, my case has been sent to the National Benefits Center.

Does anyone have any idea why my WAC case would be sent there? Could this mean that I will be assigned a MSC case number then?
I am not sure such Transfer Notice has been issued to ROC-only filers. I could only find reports of this from people with combo interviews.

NOTE: Came with a CR1, interview was held in my home country.

Thank you!

They are sending all CR1 to NBC, it could be possible that they mistakenly assigned you with a WaC number, and then when they realized that you are on CR1, it was transferred to nbc to schedule an interview at your local office
