you are lucky bro if they scheduale you for an interview likely you will get your green card before you file your N400 we wish you all the best. so is that was within three month after you receive your extention letter?

Came in on a CR1.  The big question now is how long before an interview actually happens.  We have lots of international travel scheduled and paid for thinking the process would take a year or longer.

Thanks.  My extension letter was dated January 30th.  So it's just over 2 months since then.

Yea, well that status means they read to schedule but not like now. So it's waiting game and based on your local office.

I also noticed that a lot of I-751 MSC cases here came on CR-1's. I wonder if this is part of why we were sent to MSC... πŸ€”

That's what seems the trend is. Since change of policy in November... So I guess they don't count the embassy interview as USCIS interview!? Will see .. but at least MSC is fast .. the issue is how fast is the local office to schedule the interview.. Good luck everyone

Wanted to let everyone know: An "Original Visa Class" field has been added to the MSC ROC spreadsheet. We're trying to get an idea of what visa everyone started on to see if it has some effect on the process.

And yes. Im having difficulty logging onto the account, but in the case history it states that the case was received at my local office on 3-13-19. Then the letter we received stated it had been moved to NBC for standard processing.

We've been noticing that this is happening to folks who are ROC'ing from CR-1 visas as opposed to those who entered on a K-1.

In the text message NOA that my husband got, it says if you do not get the extension letter within 1 month of that text, then you need to reach out to USCIS. So, I would say if you don't get anything after about one month after sending your file, contact them.
