NOA1 Received- 05/22 ( MSC) 

Biometric letter received - 08/16

Bio Appoinment- 08/27

Status Changed to " Fingerprint Review Completed" - 08/28

Status Changed to " Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview" - 08/29

Status Changed to " Interview was scheduled" - 08/30

Congratulations 🎉.. you are almost done.. which local office are you near.. 

We been waiting since April 4th with case ready to schedule interview...

Received via USPS mail today Form I-797C NOA dated 8/23/2019 for an 08:00 AM Biometrics appointment scheduled on 9/11/2019 at the USCIS Atlanta ASC.  

 

I-751 Timeline to date :  5/18/2019 USPS Priority mailed application packet to Dallas, TX lockbox.                                          

                                           5/20/2019 USCIS received of I-751 packet

                                           5/24/2019 I-797 NOA receipt number assigned MSC case number

                                           5/28/2019 NOA receipt delivery by USPS 

                                           8/23/2019 notice date of Form I-797C ASC Appointment Notice for Biometrics appointment 

                                           8/29/2019 USPS delivery of NOA Form I-797C biometrics appointment notice

Finally!!!!

Case is ready to be scheduled for Interview. Unfortunately there's a long wait for interview at Dallas field office. Earliest I know someone waiting to be scheduled for an interview is 5/29/2019. @missileman, have you heard anything back yet regarding your interview?

On September 4, 2019, we scheduled an interview for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number MSC1990XXXXXX. We will mail you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Uploading the letter I got in the mail today. Interview is scheduled for October 17th!

 

 

 

Page 2 of the letter didn't contain that much info, just a note about child filing separately from a parent (so not really applicable to anyone in this thread it seems).

surprised, why they are requesting interview? If interview is already done during initial GC process, they won’t call for interview during conditional removal process right?? Does most of them getting the interviews request now??

We have no idea why people are getting called for interviews. There's just a theory that CR-1 visa holders who are doing ROC are being called for interviews. 

 

CR-1 visa holders never had an interview in the US, just at the embassy abroad. There's a theory that they're now sending interview requests in order to expedite the process. But we have no idea why USCIS is doing this, because they haven't issued any statements about it nor have they mentioned I-751's going to MSC/NBC. There's a lot of mystery about this process. Until USCIS comes out and explains all these new changes, we're all in the dark.

Thanks for the info. Seems like CR-1 people are getting their applications processed soon.All the best for the interview.
