Processing Times (I-751) for MSC (National Benefits Center)

I find that hard to believe as our case was received Dec. 31.

Ready to be scheduled for interview since April 4th.

Does anyone know if after the case reaches "ready to be scheduled for interview" status if the processing time depends on the local office at that point?

The I guess NBC already completed your process, it’s now upto your local office to schedule to wave interview

If we look at the spreadsheet, people who filed on or after 3/6 have also received approval. I wonder if this means the oldest case they are working on is 2/20/2019.

I think NBC process means they finishing first check and bio and waiting for local.. maybe that's why .. thoughts

USCIS might go forward or backward remember some early cases stuck on bio or rfe ..

USCIS site is acting weird and not showing any info on my case...is this happening to anyone else?

Both sites are working for me.........."...ready to be scheduled....interview" on the old site............"we received your case" on the new site.

Oh weird, mine keeps going to blank and then will randomly go back to the "ready to be scheduled" on the old site. New site says "We received your case". Hmm. Right now the old site is still showing no info, it's like the case number just doesn't go through.

Quick question: July 3rd Filer at MSC. We have already had our Biometrics Appointment on July 29th. 

 

I’m wonder when the time comes to have our interview will it be at the same location in Salinas, CA ASC? Or maybe larger cities only do interviews? Like San Jose? 🧐

ASCs don't conduct interviews, local field offices do. You might want to search for your nearest one. Also, to expedite the process, now USCIS is assigning interviews to other nearby local offices as well.

I'm in the same situation. 2 months after my biometrics and my case status still says "case was received". Any change in yours by now?

Is that status from the old USCIS site or the new site?
