Technically, I-751 filers aren’t LPR seeker, they have already been granted with conditional LPR, and the only condition was the marriage (marriage based) has to be ligit. And even now until oct Medicaid isn’t subject to public charge according to uscis definition. 

And as @missileman stated there’s nothing  specific in the document which indicates it will have impact on I-751, when they specified about I-130 , DS-260 and adjustment of status. However we never know, let’s hope for the best

Congrats, did you bio appointment letter sent out from National Benefits Center or other Service Center?

Yes. Our case was transferred on 3/14/19 and the receipt number stayed the same.

Hi All, We received the Biometric appointment letter today.

@parsha @missileman ik you guys are researching on processing of i751 in nbc, what I’ve observed is some cases got transferred to nbc later approved by the nbc, they were never sent to local office for an interview. While on the other-hand some cases are sent to local office for an interview then local office decides whether to wave interview or not. If they wave the interview then a cancellation notice is sent to applicant. My question is did you guys find any MSC case where  it was approved directly from nbc?

So, originally we sent our i751 package to CSC April 2018, we have been transferred to Nebraska service center March 2019 biometrics reuse letter received  shortly after that. We sent our RFE May 30th and ever since then nothing. I called uscis last week and got informed that they transferred our case now to National Benefit Center August 2nd but we never got mail explaining why. Anyone in similar situation ?

So here I’m with a useful information, I contacted with uscis today to learn about the processing time of NBC, they suggested me as of today they are working on the cases received estimated 2/20/2019.

Thank you for that awesome update! So it seems like processing time is approximately 6 months

I wonder what will happened with cases transferred to NBC originally applied 4/18
