That's super frustrating. We don't even know what the processing time is for those of us who were sent directly to MSC is, there isn't even an official processing time available.

Is 18 months within normal processing time for Vermont? Have you tried calling USCIS to see what the deal is? That just seems like such a long wait time to me, and now you're at MSC...seems crazy long.

Oh i’m almost 20 months now. It’s been in Vermont for 18 and another 2 in msc. I know the case is in local office now. I know that because I went for stamp last month. How long it’s there nobody tells me. I think about a month. Nope, can’t submit out of processing inquiry yet cause apparently processing times on the USCIS website are not correct for Vermont. That’s what was told by customer service people. It’s 20 months, not 19. So I’ll submit it in about 10 days. This wait is never over 😩. I though MSC schedules interviews and then transfers cases to local offices. But that’s not my case. Mine is silent in interview direction.

From what I've seen, K-1 visa holders have been going to Texas, Vermont, California and Nebraska. It seems all CR-1 visa holders are being routed directly to MSC (National Benefits Center in Missouri). There is no official data about this from USCIS about I-751's at MSC...we're just going based off of the data people have been posting here.

Feel free to add your case to @missileman's spreadsheet:

I am wac, california service center and my case was sent to NBC in May I am from December 2017 CSC

Does anyone know why we need to do the biometrics? I have been fingerprinted so many times that I would think they would have my data by now. Do they take pictures as well? Just to make sure that my hair looks good on the day of my appointment 😀

Yes, they take a photo too as it supposed to be the photo used when the new green card is issued.

Looks like almost 10% from feb to 5% to April have scheduled interview and more like 50% of the rest are still in pending for interview.

there may be more cases approved, cos once the card sent, the status won't show I-751 then I can't catch it

but you are right, looks like we r all going to wait at least 2 month or more, no good...

Have you checked the old site?  My wife's status says "We have received your case" on the new USCIS site.........but the old site says "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview".....
