Ahh I see. Right, well, we don't know what the outcome was for that case, correct? Interview was "waived" but what does "notice ordered" mean? I haven't seen that anywhere else.

It seems like they have come to a decision without bringing the petitioner in for an interview.

Great news the same case I shared about.. now got switched to approve so  means they got wavived the interview even after it was scheduled... That's nice . I think once local office receive case they revaluate it ... That's good trend and fast for MSC...

Those cases you track, does it anything close to 199074?

Hi parsha can you please tell me how you found this link my case number is start with Msc 19904

I use both old and new sites

old: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

new: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

for my observation, old site is more up to date

but the old site only work after bio

and if new site works, it will have all the status history (really good for OCD people, ha)

(I still search MSC19906, haven't go through 19905, 19904, or 19903)

my neighbor # (3 before and 3 after me) all got their status change on 6/5 but not me

I believe that is true, at least in some cases.  Only the old site shows my wife's case as ready to scheduled for an interview.  It changed on 5/29.

I understand the feeling, I guess they need to be more thorough in wavier cases, but its good you have it all figured out and your decree is in your hand, imagine it was still in process and how much hassle you would get from paperwork.

i hope you get your interview soon too.
