I understand but is just to have an idea. In my case, my husband is schedule to have his biometric done in Bronx, NY but I know that his interview will be in lower Manhattan NYC. Why? Because that's the field office. You can also check in USCIS page and base on your zip code it'll let you know. On the other hand, there's a group in facebook, and I saw people that have their interview date in 4 months but all 3 of them are from California.

I did check the USCIS page based on zip code and it shows the Fort Myers office services my zip code.  However, we had the biometrics appointment in Tampa but were expecting to have it in Fort Myers.  Both cities have an ASC and Field Office.  That's why it's confusing to where we may be interviewing.

My husband did his fingerprints on the 16th, but our case is still under "Recieved" (Yet case tracker and USCIS have been glitchy all day).

I really wish you had the option to chose which office you would be willing to interview at, I would gladly fly to nowheresville America to get this process over quicker.

I think in general ROC cases just go to the bottom of the pile because it's not considered as priority as others, so my guess is, even at local offices, ROC interviews may not be a speedy as others.

Interesting thread. MSC here as well, May filer though, so almost behind everyone here.

if the interview is a must at MSC, does anyone know what kind of interview that is? is it for the couple? just the beneficiary? Is that when they compare answers and so on?
