I would see if they would respond by June 10 since they were about to share a specific date if not, I would call their hotline to ask for an update bc

I filed foia just after filing my n400 in March. I submitted FOIA 3/13 and it completed 5/19. It really does take a long time. Still waiting for my i751 and N400 interview even after my FOIA has been completed. No guarantees it helps but worth every try

Interview was not waived. It was done as a combo with the N-400.

The field office is New York City.

Thank you wished I was in New York and no news for almost 37 months in San Francisco field office. One more month as they keep pushing the processing time and I find a lawyer to sue them.

I am considering this myself. I filed N400 in April 2022 so just last month. Debating if I should wait or do it right away.

Do you know of any other people who filed N400 recently: for example after Jan 2022 and did FOIA? Were they successful? I am simply wondering, thank you.

I unfortunately do not know of any others that filed FOIA after January but I do know that my field office - Dallas Tx appears to be slow moving 😔

Not sure where you are located

I am in Minneapolis, one of the slowest office out there and definitely slower than Dallas 🤣😭 😭

I know I have at least 14-16 months to wait for things to happen normally.

I actually found out tonight that my wife’s interview for N-400 was set for July 14

did you get a notice of it being a combo interview? It appears we’re only getting interview notice for N400

The notice was just for the N-400.

The combo interview was done after passing the N-400.

I still had to wait a couple of weeks before the I-751 was approved.
