thank you i will try.

do i have to talk to tier 2 agent for this?

I talked to both levels and they finally spot a small mistake that was holding me back. I'm not saying that's a magic solution but you have a right to information, beyond their generic "just wait and see"

Hopefully the interview goes well.

After that, you will focus on getting a good hombre and not a bad hombre.

My I-751 is pending since November 2019. Awaiting interview since March 2021. If I reach to the senator will they speed up my case or just say to wait? Wi they give me a date for an interview? Anybody has an experience with congressional liaison?

They will write an email to your service center on your behalf. If you give them valid arguments, they may ask to get you expedited but not necessarily. The service center may or may not look closer into your application. It's not guaranteed! It may help and there is no harm in doing so! You are waiting for a very long time!

Haha, thankfully I did find a good hombre after all! Having his support throughout this has been amazing. We joke about starting the immigration process all over again, but I truly don't want to have to deal with USCIS for a very long time 😛

I'm working on a project to track the MSC I-751 Case.

Retrieve data from USCIS for the MSC prefix cases. From MSC 19 9 125 1000 to 2994, in this number range , there are only 28 I-751 cases. (plus some 20 fiscal year cases, total sample is 40)

IP might be blocked(temporally, so far I did not have this problem) if send too many requests in a short time.

So the progress is kind of slow for woking on my own.

Here's a snippets of what I have:

image.thumb.png.6a55b9eaac459b48fb7df7debfb31096.png

I will keep scrapping data from uscis and see how they process the case. If you would like to join to working on this together. I can share you the code and teach you how to do that.

By collecting the data, we can build a dashboard.

Anyway, I might update this from time to time.

I believe someone started one some time back. Here’s the link to it though I don’t believe it’s being updated periodically anymore :

I’ve been stuck waiting on progress since NoA in October 2019 :(  Two extensions so far, one e-request which was targeted to have a response in August 2021 though no further updates or responses were provided.  Seems like many of the e-requests for beyond processing times are no longer functioning on Uscis.gov website.

Anyone else feeling the pain?
