I have my I-751 tomorrow morning. I read in the letter that my wife has to attend. We have a N400 filed. Does that mean I might have a combo interview? If so, I need to study asap.

Ugh. Ready for interview in Orlando since February 25th 2021! Have a great cruise

Ready for interview in Jacksonville since October 2021 (although i applied in Sept 2019) 😖 and i’ve heard somewhere Jacksonville is faster than Orlando…highly doubt it now. I went there the other day to get a stamp, and the place was EMPTY! Hardly any people waiting for interviews/stamps. What do these offices do all day long?? So disappointing

Same. Been ready for interview for 160 days now here in Orlando. Knowing my luck, they'll try schedule the interview for May when I'm on a cruise in Alaska.

Does your N-400 application say you have interview for N-400?

If not, then you may not have combined interview.

I received two separate letters. I-751 letter says that my spouse has to attend and N-400 doesn't say that.

N400 will not require anyone except the applicant.

I didn’t receive the interview notice yet.  Case is still pending.
Per this article from USCIS, i751 case pending with MSC and N400 should have a combo.

I'm honestly not surprised that Orlando is taking a long time. Given the fact our huge immigration population continues to grow, it's probably putting a big work load on the local office.

Because I got divorced I also have to wait till September 2023 to apply for citizenship now anyway, but we'll get there eventually! 😄

And thank you! Great time to take a cruise right now, the prices are great.

Guys do you know if I travel to my home country due to an emergency and in the meantime uscis denies my i751 can they not let me in back in the USA? Does anybody know if they can deport me? Will I have the right to see an immigration judge to explain myself?

Anybody knows any cases like that?

Why would they deny your case? Have you had your interview? In one of the threads here someone’s case got denied while they were abroad and they were able to enter the US without an issue and file a new I-751!

I am just asking...anything goes with USCIS! I don't want to have any problems with customs and border protection when I come back to USA. My case is complicated and ready for interview since March 2021, out of processing times. I filed Nov 2019.

Same here, mine is a divorce waiver and i filed in September 2019. Still waiting! I am also traveling abroad soon and am worried about the same thing, but so far from this forum it looks like the officers at the airport can’t take away your green card/status, they have no right to do so

September 2019? Your case is outside of normal processing times. Have you reached to Ombudsman, congressman or senator to inquire further?

When I look it says February 2019 is outside processing times. Still a bit to go. I filed November 2019.
