Hmm. How many I-751 fillers from 2019 still waiting for an interview? I'm November 2019 filler still waiting..

I believe I am also one of the individuals who filed in 2019, 12th of June to be precise , this situation is so frustrating , but it will surely end well ….. a lot of people on here filed in 2021 and have been scheduled for interview, this system is really not working as it should , and I guess a lot of people are in the same shoe as me here in NY ….. this is to the XTREME!!!!

My husband and I submitted his ROC packet in mid-Feb of this year, and in early March received the NOA and his case number.

No letter for biometrics yet, though. Is that about normal?

I filed at the beginning of July 2021 (right before going to visit France) and I got assigned to MSC.

I already got the biometrics appointment for August 23rd (In NJ) and rather than delaying the whole process, I changed my return ticket to come back early.

The NBC holds i751 cases until the local office can schedule your interview. It can take 4 to 18 months for the local offices to schedule your interview so it is unlikely Miami has your case yet until your status changes to being moved to the field office and your interview has been scheduled.

The problem is that I got a message on my USCIS account that the case was transferred to my local office for an interview to be scheduled, but the letter I got is saying that it was transferred to NBC for an interview to be scheduled....

So I'm confused. Hoping my file is in Miami...
