Oh, I see it alright..lol.  I requested an info pass appointment as well this past week.  Our extension letter expires end of this month.  I also sent a letter to the state senator as well.  Maybe it will help or maybe it won't, but I figured it wouldn't hurt.🙂

Good luck!  For the Infopass appt, did they say someone will call you back?

Just wanted to give a quick update on my husbands case in case there are similar timelines still out there waiting. My husband and I filed our I-751 in 2017 and N400 in 2018. Our I-751 application went directly to the California office but was eventually transferred to MSC due to a large back log we got caught in. We never had any issues with paperwork in our I-751 or N-400, seems like we just got caught in so many government shut downs and backlogs and our papers got put in some pile out of site. I am happy to announce though, as of 3/2/2021, we are officially done with this ####### storm! My husband had his combined N400/I-751 interview and got approved! Here’s some hope to all those waiting extra long amounts of time for your case to advance...it does come to an end eventually!

Congratulations!!!

I-130 (for parents of US Citizens):

8/19/2022: NOA (IOE0917XXXXXX); Texas Service Center

7/22/2023: Both (parents) petitions approved

7/27/2023: Both cases sent to NVC

8/8/2023: Received NVC welcome email for both parents

@Duncan21 They did say that someone will call back.  Usually takes a week or two.  I actually called in early February to schedule the infopass appointment originally.  However, when we got the call back the officer informed us we weren't within the 30 day window of our letters expiring, so they could not schedule an appointment at that time.  They told me to call back when we hit our window.  So, that's what we did!

Ok good!  When I scheduled the infopass, it was a 10 day window!  Glad its more flexible now.

We took bank statement, investment brokerage account statement, daugther birth certificate, 3 years tax returns, a picture album, utlitliy bills and few other regular things

He looked at EVERYTHING

it was a very detailed interview. He asked a lot of questions. cross-questioning meaning questions about me/my family from her. Then questions about her/her family from me.

However, if your case is genuine you don't have to worry about anything. They are primarily trying to determine if you got into marriage to get greencard.

good luck

I live in a joint family with inlaws. We don't have any bills together because inlaws pay for bills. What should I do. Its our culture because I am from Pakistan

Hello, yes.  Our field office is the Manchester (New Hampshire) Field Office.  It seems that there is currently no wait at this field office.  On May 10 our status was updated to: "We are ready to schedule your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, for an interview."   On May 11 it was updated again to:  "On March 11, 2021, we scheduled an interview for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. We will mail you an interview notice."

We will find out the date of the interview when the letter arrives.

My husband's date of filing was similar to yours. On March 10, we got the email from USCIS,  ready to be scheduled for an interview.

Awaiting the notice in mail to post on the timeline.

Just so you know, ready to be scheduled for an interview could still mean a long wait. If they say it has been scheduled and they will mail you the interview notice, then it is arriving!
