It make sense now. California was the first one to shutdown the state. I think we all will get notice but it will take time. When does your extension expires?

OK. If I don't hear anything until May, we will apply too. Do you know how long does it take for citizenship? I am not sure if ours will be done before GC expiration date. Ours expire in September 2020. 😞

Attention:  I just had to remove a column of data from the MSC spreadsheet (linked in my signature).  Someone deleted and/jumbled the data.  I think it is OK now.........Please just enter your data without modifying the format of the spreadsheet...Thanks.

My status has been "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview" since May 2019.  Local office Newark, NJ.  Leaning towards submitting N400 in next 1-2 weeks.  Has any i-751 MSC filer also filed N-400?  and if so, any progress?

I-130 (for parents of US Citizens):

8/19/2022: NOA (IOE0917XXXXXX); Texas Service Center

7/22/2023: Both (parents) petitions approved

7/27/2023: Both cases sent to NVC

8/8/2023: Received NVC welcome email for both parents

Just saw this MSC i-751 filer on Facebook who got an approval without interview. You guys could be just as lucky, too early to tell but at least a bit of hope.

It’s a great news but I find it hard to believe since there’s no announcement from uscis about it yet. But let’s hope it’s true😀😃

So you're saying that USCIS has announced that they waive the interviews for many AOS filers? Because we have seen several cases of that this far.

I have not done much research about AOS, I thought  all AOS filers who gets approved without interview comes from Service Center not from field office, I could be wrong but I doubt that field office has authority to wave interview . However I wish from my heart that the information you provided is truth 👍

Sure they are, many of the AOS cases that were approved without interview already had a date for interviews (meaning the cases are at field offices) but those were cancelled due to the virus. They were later approved without interview.
