How long does it take to receive IV bill once it is generated?

My IV bill was generated on May 14 and I still haven't received it in the mail. It is going to be two weeks tomorrow since it was generated. I was looking at the timelines and it seems that people tend to receive it quickly after it is generated. Is two weeks normal for receiving this bill or there is something wrong?

FORM I-130 PROCESS

Jan. 15, 2007 - Got married in India

Feb. 02, 2007 - Sent Form I-130 via Certified mail

Feb. 05, 2007 - NSC Receives Form I-130

Feb 07, 2007 - NOA-1

Mar. 15, 2007 - Touched

April. 11, 2007 - Touched

April 17, 2007- Approved!!

May 01, 2007- Touched

NVC Processing of I-130

April 27, 2007- Received by NVC

May 14, 2007- IV Bill and AOS fee bill Generated

May 22, 2007- Sent AOS fee bill

May 27, 2007- Received AOS fee bill in mail

June 11, 2007- Received I-864 package in mail

June 14, 2007- Still no IV bill. Called NVC so that they can resend it.

June 18, 2007- Sent completed I-864 package

June 22, 2007- Still no IV bill

June 25, 2007- Finally Received and Paid the IV bill!!

August 05, 2007- Sent DS-230

August 21, 2007- Case Completed at NVC

August 27, 2007- Case Forwarded to Embassy

October 15, 2007- Interview!! Visa approved!!

October 18, 2007- Visa in hand

October 27, 2007- US arrival!!

mine took 10 days. 2 weeks is still ok, give it another week, you should be getting it soon.

03/27/07 AOS(Affidavit of Support) Fee Bill and DS-3032 generated

03/27/07 DS-3032 emailed from wifes email account

03/27/07 AOS Fee Bill mailed

03/30/07 NVC emails my wife acknowledging receipt of DS-3032

04/02/07 Immigrant Visa (IV) Bill generated

04/04/07 AOS Fee Bill entered into NVC system

04/09/07 I-864 Generated

04/12/07 (IV) Bill received/mailed to NVC

04/16/07 I-864 sent to NVC

04/19/07 (IV) Fee Bill and I-864 entered into NVC system

04/25/07 NVC mails Barcode and Instructions for DS-230

04/27/07 NVC completes review of I-864: Approved

05/02/07 Received Instructions for DS-230/Mailed DS-230 to NVC

05/04/07 NVC enters DS-230 into system

05/15/07 Case Complete

06/18/07 Interview date : July 09, 2007

06/20/07 NVC mails packet 4 to me and my wife

06/21/07 NVC mails case to bogota

06/23/07 Received packet 4

07/09/07 Interview/Visa Approved

07/11/07 Visa in hand!!

08/2007 arrival in the US

10/15/2007 applied for SS card at our local SS office

You will receive it any day from now. Don't worry!

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

It looks like the tidal wave that hit CSC last month is hitting the NVC now. They are running slower than usual to generate the forms.

CR-1

02/05/07 - I-130 sent to NSC

05/03/07 - NOA2

05/10/07 - NVC receives petition, case # assigned

08/08/07 - Case Complete

09/27/07 - Interview, visa granted

10/02/07 - POE

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview
