Hello A

I just sent my I-134 I included a letter from my employer stating my salary

, that it is a full time permanent position  and start date. I also includded a letter reaffirming our intent to be married within 90 days with my signature , 3 months of pay stubs, 3 years of w2 and irs tax transcripts ( i sent 3 years to be safe maybe not neccessary), a letter from my bank stating the date I opened the account, present balance and amount deposited last year as well as sending the i-134 itself. Im not sure what your embassy asks for but I think it is a safe bet they might be looking for these things too. Also dont forget to send continued relationship evidence to take to your interview I sent that too. I hope this helps good luck with everything.

Is your interview in Baghdad?  Is it for K-1 fiancé visa?  My fiancé doesn't have the affidavit of suppose and w2 on his interview checklist.  Do you?

I realized that the post was for a mid June interview.  Did you complete the interview? How did it go?  Did you need the affidavit of support and tax info for the K-1 visa interview?

Thanks.

The OP started the thread in April. I think he was also asking about the time interval between the dates on his most recent documents relative to the date that he interviewed. I was wondering the same thing about how "recent" the Affidavit and supporting documents need to be. Curious about the outcome.
