Hi everyone,

Before I submitted AOS package to USCIS, I called USCIS customer service asked which forms to file for AOS. They told me fill out these: G-325A for both, I-864, I-485, I-765, and I-130. And I sent all forms above to USCIS. But now, I have confused about form I-130 need to be included in K1 case or not?

I have already received NOA1 for I-485, I-765 and I-130 on 28 May.

Should I write them a letter for explaination about my situation? is there going to be delayed the process because I missended the I-130?

Please help me out....

Thank you!!

Click here for the checklist of AOS forms you should have submitted..

They might just toss the "excess baggage". I am not an expert but I'm sure others will come along to advice you better.

I say you relax!

And oh, re-read the I-130 instruction page carefully, especially the part "who may file". It is there. Good luck!
