-Interview August 27th both of us approved 

-both issued but they put him under administrative processing 

-i got issued With visa stamp on passport 

his passport back to him home

-submitted after they emailed sept 4th

-sept 5 they got email of submission 

- case updated sept 10th still AP

 

:(  I guess wait within 60 days to resolve the case or longer??

oh! did they get his passport after the interview last August 27? so even they approved  during the interview, there is still a chance that they will not issue the visa?

 that's absurd! i hope they will re-consider your husband's case. Good luck and God bless

we had our interview today, me, my wife and daughter got approved, the interview lasted 5 minutes only, but sadly my 23 year old son was refused, for the reason: CHILD STATUS PROTECTION ACT (CSPA) does not apply. -over 21. 

but i cant be so sure, until i we have our passports back with stamped visa..

He got his passport with 221g white form (picture attached) with no visa stamp.  They are still reviewing (AP) after he submitted the question via email back to the embassy. We guess we will have to wait and hear from them (“they will call you”) 😢

Hi everyone, just want to give  an update:

Priority date: December 1996 (Philippines)

Case created:  Nov. 07, 2018

Documentarily qualified: March 27, 2019

NVC email for interview: August 22, 2019

Interview date: September 24, 2019 (Montreal, Canada) (Immigrant visa approved!)

Visa Issued: Sept. 25, 2019

Passports with visa stamped received yesterday! October 1, 2019

 

Thank God the long wait is over!!
