Today spouse still administrative processing but we got 2 emails with the same tracking number which not scanned in system for courier yet till next 1-2 business days( passports returned)Does it sound visa applications denial? Mine is still issued today. Please help

Update: Will get passports on way delivery ready next Monday September 9th.  Ceac status still showed administrative processing (spouse). Mine issued.  We are so anxious to find out when parcel arrives on Monday. Still am on stomach butterflies. What you think??(my brother - petitioner F4 category) Canada consulate.  Have you experienced like this situation??

Status changes to AP anytime someone goes into the account to update. The only time to worry is if you get denied at the interview and your case is sent to AP because they need further info. I think in your case, it is likely because your spouse's passport is sent to delivery.  However, it is a bit of confusion that why your passport and your spouse's passport would be delivered separately.

Both passports together are in one shipping tracking. I have no clue if spouse has visa stamp or not till tomorrow to find out.  Not look forward to getting bad news for spouse

Hi there, any update on your delivery package? waiting for hearing your good news!

Please help me to understand what letter says below:   I got visa issued but spouse not issued under administrative processing and his passport returned back the stamp said “cancelled without prejudice “.  Do we wait for AP status to clear?

Congrats to you! It looks that your spouse is asked to provide information about an incident in the past. They will email you the specific questions.

Hi There, the interview went well with minimal questions since my brother in law sponsor my wife so she was questioned i.e. when was the last she saw her brother??? what he do??? his phone number??? is he married??? i have 2 older kids 18 (girl) and 19 (boy) there were asked if they were married and my son (19) was asked to sign a mandatory "Selective Services affidavit" without it they won't issue the visa. they kept the passport and said they will mail the visa in 2 weeks.

As far as i am concern, i had an issue due to an overstay back in 1990's and CO said that i need a I-160 waiver to process my visa. Currently i do have a waiver and B1/B2 visa to visit USA but now i need a different one. The CO was very helpful for my situation. I will be posting my question regarding I-160 as i don't know how proceed with it. Let me know if you need more info.  Thanks.

Hi, I am just checking online what is I-160 waiver because I just want to know what is the meaning of that, but unfortunately I can’t find it. Did you mean is I-160 waiver or its I-601 waiver? Thanks

Congrats to your family! thank you so much for sharing your experience. you mentioned that you booked medical exam with Dr. Mascarenhas. Did you have good experience with his clinic? Was his clinic able to get the package ready for you in 10 days or less than 10 days? thank you in advance!
