I received my NOA 2 on 10/23!
Noa1 was 04/14, I received rfe on 10/01 and USCIS received my response to RFE on 10/15.

Congrats! My Noa1 is 4/29 with IOE receipt. Still waiting...

PD was April 29th and service centre was Texas. And in case anyone else is wondering: we didn't file I-129 lol.

 

Also, file was sent to the NVC yesterday so no more USCIS!

Hi all,

I have been following this thread for a while but this is the first time I am posting. I am from Italy, my husband is from Boston, and our I-130 was received on April 3rd, 2019.

So far, I haven't received any updates from USICS, but I see most April 2019 filers are getting approved. 

I am a bit concerned but I have my fingers crossed.

Are you in Nebraska SC and have you filed an I129F K3?  A lot of us have done so.  Texas seems to be just now doing April.

You should hear something soon.  I would not file an I129F for Texas.

Nope! Regular old SRC number (which is the Texas code).

I’ve heard there is a problem with transferring IOE cases to the NVC.
