Hi,

We are sending our package (I-130) this week to the USCIS Phoenix Lockbox. We had to wait for our Marriage Certificate :)

SO excited and praying this process is quicker than expected. According to RapidVisa the timeline for 2019 is about 10 months without RFE.

I am from German so Im not from a high-risk country either.

Lets fight this process :)

Unfortunately, Rapid Visa is incorrect.  From initial submission of documents to visa in hand will likely be closer to 14 months......as reported by other VJ members......about 405 days from NAO1 to Interview...........

We got our NOA1 back on April 5th and our case got sent to Potomac. Seems like one of the faster centers, but I do see that the timeline estimation keeps getting pushed back little by little. Wishing a fast and easy process to everyone.

No worries despite the limited people from Potomac on here they are already processing Feb 5+ 2019 If you don't have a complicated case you should be to the next step <90 days. Sometimes the pushback here is  because people don't come back to update their details.

01/28/2019 - Mailed Express Mail USCIS Lockbox Phoenix

01/29/2019 - Received by Phoenix Lockbox
02/04/2019 - Receipt Notice Via Text Message assigned to Nebraska Service Center
