Good day

I already completed a lot of things in the procedure for getting my fiance visa. I have completed the DS-160 form, we have received the NOA2, have been medically cleared at Saint Luke's Extension Clinic. We are just now waiting for an earlier schedule for the visa interview. Can I schedule the GCP appointment even if I still don't have my visa? I just want to save time while waiting for an interview date.

Yes!    You can complete the GCP seminar without the passport or visa.

For every question that had an arrow to provide choices from the selected list, nothing appears. Is there a certain browser that it works on?

CFO is still saying Internet Explorer (which is obsolete).   All I can suggest is to give the main ones a try; Firefox, Chrome, E
