You need to relax and stop dragging your politics into every blessed hole on this planet.

Your ability to shamelessly insult anybody who you see as an "enemy" perfectly aligns you with your Dear Leader. You are adults, get a hold of yourself.

Enemy?  I think you are referring again to the Democrats and how they treated their political enemies back in 2015/2016.

You just can't help it, can you? Mr. Putin will have another field day with your kind during the next election cycle.

Yes, I fall in lock-step with what good ole Vlad utters, full disclosure, I did not vote for Trump, so apparently the boogie man in Moscow had no impact, but I am certainly glad Hillary Clinton did not win. It is always interesting how some on one side of a political debate claim the other side did something while completely ignoring the transgressions of their own.

Who you voted for is not the point. The point is that "your kind" is dividing people into "sides" and qualifies shameless name-calling as "political debate" (whatever the hell this means). Transgressions belong in religion, not civil discourse. It's not about "winning" or "losing". Nobody wins when Donald "grab-them-by-the-#####" is in the White House.

This political division started way before the 2016 election, so start reviewing the history of the previous administrations.  Just because a person doesn't fit the norms identified by some ruling elite class does not mean we are losers, economically, we are way better off and though a president is not directly responsible for the economy, they certainly can create an environment that promotes economic growth.  Personally, I do think President Trump can be crass, and oafish, but I don't really care about that as it really doesn't matter.  The fact that he is in there shaking up the elite ruling class (Democrats, Republicans, Beltway Media, and career bureaucratic managers) is a bonus and it really looks like he found a good person to lead that in AG Barr.

As to name calling, this seems to be perpetrated by one side, and then responded to in kind, I realize that no one is supposed to question our elite leaders, let alone respond to their comments, but this type of shake-up is good, and the country will survive.

This is where you're wrong. What you see as a shake-up is a in fact an extremely dysfunctional federal government. There's not a single federal agency doing its job properly, if at all. (I dare you to argue with that on this forum 🙂 !)

We clearly see a crisis on the highest levels of this government. This has a direct correlation to the fact that neither major party was able to put forward a viable candidate in 2016, and neither party is on the path of doing again in 2020. Economy is important, but not everything.

Two days ago, half of Dayton, OH (i.e., close to home), got destroyed by tornadoes. Are we going to do something about it or offer "thoughts and prayers" (= roll over and f-ing die)?

Thousands of people are dying from gun violence in this country. Are we going to do something about it or offer "thoughts and prayers" (= roll over and f-ing die)?

And this list of issues goes on. Instead of politicizing them, why don't have a government that works on solutions? (A rhetorical question, of course, in this environment).

The "crisis" exists only in the minds of those afflicted with TDS.....The rest of us see an administration doing  its job....well.

I too live in Ohio, to declare that half of Dayton got destroyed is sensationalism at its best. Get a grip, reflect on what happens without the victim mantle then tell the reality of your observations. Chicken Little was a kids story

You are saying the entire federal government employees are being paid for "no show" jobs?  This is a very broad accusation, do you have proof from a source that is not Left Wing (i.e. NYT, WaPo, CNN, CNBC are Leftist sources)?  Last time I checked, people we still getting their government assistance, National Parks are still open, air travel is still occurring and little Johnny and Julie are still able to take field trips to the White House.  Btw, the last administration did a lot to create this dysfunction considering how politicized the Treasury, DOJ, State Department and intelligence agencies became, I still wonder who was using Susan Rice's credentials for unmasking American Citizens.  Additionally, 2 plus years of pointless investigating that found nothing does so much for efficient government operations (I know, an oxymoron), but hey, who cares that the Democrats and their media allies pushed a false story to attempt to make an administration ineffective.

As to the parties and their candidates in 2016, at least the GOP had a real primary and did not elevate a specific candidate, but from what you are saying, it seems to be implying we cannot allow USCs to actually vote anymore, we should be reliant on our leadership class to control our lives.  Putin would be proud!

Yes, natural disasters are completely terrible especially a tornado that comes with very little warning, but all governments are reactionary, so I am sure FEMA will be working with the state and local governments to do what they can, but I guess that is not good enough, if we had a Superhero President like the last one they would have stopped this from happening at all.

I am not going to touch on the gun debate issue, but suffice it to say, if you want the 2nd Amendment nullified, have at it.

Once again, you are politicizing EVERY DAMN THING. That's the only real problem. You are simply unable to step outside of politics and see issues as they really are. And that's exactly what enemies of this country (Putin, etc.) want.

So pointing out politicization by the actors in Washington is being political?  In fact, I agree, the politics in Washington are out-of-control, what I don't agree with is that this is the fault of President Trump.  President Trump's political views, when one actually looks at them, are quite moderate in nature, but how do we know that in the way the biased media covers it?  You are right, the fact that the Democrat Party completely changed its position on things such as border security, immigration, etc., simply because of the occupant in the WH is a joke (major TDS on display).  They, the Dems, keep threatening impeachment, get on with it if it will end politics in Washington, but I will in no way endorse single party socialist/communist rule of this country.

I will also give you credit, Putin does want division, and the actors that seem to be the greatest at creating this are the mainstream media and the Democrats based on your logic.

It's the politics in our everyday discourse that annoys the hell out of me, including people's urge to push their political views on this particular site, which was clearly created for a different purpose altogether. That's what I'm responding to. Is it too much to ask people to have enough decency and commons sense to, again, not put their political views front and center in anything they say? (Another rhetorical question).
