I got a stack of text messages late last night at about 11pm.

Messages stating:

I-485 Received

I-765 Received

I-131 Received

Each text says a Receipt # and Official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) to follow in teh mail.

I then added each receipt number to the Case Tracker App .

The I-485 on case tracker says "Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case.

We mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case"

The I-765 and the I-131 both say "....sent you the notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice"

Not really sure if the instructions are an RFE or something else. I hope not an RFE

It meant they mailed you the I-797 notice confirming they received your application. You should be receiving the mails within next week.

Correct me if I am wrong or have not read this right -
For K1 Fiancee Visa  - once here and married the forms are

I-485 with

I-864

I-765

I-131   - If we wish to travel abroad and back.

Are the filing fees as follows?

I-485  - $1225

I-864 - $120? or $0?

I-765 - $495 (inclusive of biometrics)

I-131 - $660 (inclusive of biometrics)

I-864 the website says no fee but DOS charges a fee if filed in the US?

Yep, those forms are correct. I-765 and I-131 are optional but most people do them because you get their respective benefits for free if filed concurrently with I-485. The total fee for all those forms is $1225. https://www.uscis.gov/feecalculator

Forms are correct, I believe.

And there is no fee for the I-864. That's a supporting document needed for the I-485.

Is there a place where it says there is the respective benefit for filing concurrently with I-485 the I-765 and I-131? Because the fee calculator shows me a one time biometrics but adds all the others for a $2295 price.

Yup. Presumably a few months of waiting (and a biometrics appointment) before the I-485 stuff is forwarded on to San Diego, and who knows how long after that until interview (though San Diego seems to be on the faster side, thankfully).

Thanks Dave,  how did your family wedding go?

I sent all my forms out today, I-864, 485, 131 and 765 so yeah I guess next up is Bio to fingerprint etc..

I guess now I need to start thinking about

1) more evidence of a relationship for her interview (wow I thought we were done with evidence),

2) try to get us on an account or have something shared to show we are really legit even after a wedding

What else am I missing we need at green card interview?

That's not until June unless my parents making it to the county clerk's office with us counts. Seems mostly set up; just waiting for responses from invitations.

Yeah. Anastasia's already on my insurance, a few bills, and is an authorized user for one of my credit cards (the one I normally use). Haven't gotten around to setting up a bank account though.

I had Liliana put on my health insurance last week and today we opened her her own bank account (I’m not on it) and I haven’t added her to utility or credit cards yet. Which one would you suggest that has the most value? And how many of the shared accounts do we need?

isnt it marriage certificate thats required ?

Marriage license and marriage certificate are pretty much the same thing unless it’s different other places,  just make sure it’s the official recorded copy with your count, town or state of the original they give you. The official marriage license/certificate usually has a seal and raised stamp that you send with the I-485.
